Cancellation Policy
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy to avoid being charged for your appointment. This is because your time is reserved for you. I provide appointment reminders as a courtesy, via email and text. If you do not show up on time for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, it is considered a missed appointment and the full fee will be charged. This includes late arrival beyond a 10 minute window. Please plan accordingly, considering known or potential traffic delays or other scheduling conflicts.
